• Influence the Region

  The more you invest in a specific industry, the more influence a city has over your region. As Mayor of a city specializing in oil or coal production, you can choose to provide power to neighboring cities, trade on the global market, or keep it all for yourself. These decisions will have effects on the global prices of resources. Be wary of the mass pollution that can spread to neighboring cities! Check the leaderboards to see your status as an industrialist, and make a name for your city in your region and the world.

• Great Works

  Team up with friends or go solo to build great works in your region. Great works are huge undertakings that require Sim workers, lots of materials, and funding. You can plan an arcology, build an international airport, or send a shuttle into space. Working together with other cities in your region will help ease the burden on your city and the finished projects benefit everyone! Build an oil city and watch it power-up with Sims from other cities. Or build a solar farm will provide large quantities of clean energy to your region. Earn achievements by being the most polluted city, compete on leaderboards to see who has the richest city, or collaborate with your friends to build Great Works and create a super region!
