This looks awesome!!!
But don't forget to improve basic things from the past sim cities

Custom roads, like one way road, ONE WAY AVENUE!!! And capability to add lanes to an avenue, so i can have an one way avenue of 3 lanes, and expand it to 4, 5, 6, depending on the necesity of it.
Also add rail yards, in real world there's need of maintenance yard for railroads. Not just place a rail, two stations and a train comes up from nothing. Give us nice central stations, and the capability to expand them!
Two level bridges, and road/rail bridges!
And something fundamental, add one option so the buildings can grow, or can be plopped. I would like to place a electric station and watch it grow, not just plop it.
Make it more real, roads, rails, take time to be built, subways lines, takes years to be built in real life, in sim city i can build a entire subway line in just one day. This should be and option to decide if we want this things to be plopped or built.
Many players never wanted to care about money, that's why in sim city 4 users create a money three!
In other words, try to make a game more customisable to fit every user tastes.

is their gonna have an army boo if it don't not to full control but at least a lot of options like strategy options at least and to be able to see your troops and to be able to build and place base were ever you want how does it not have military ? infantry and armor base units and air and navy base units not complicated just many options that would let a player have the feel of a real city build game mites as well make it the hole world all countries or a made up world with made up country's if it don't have that it would be to much of a simple game. and man they need to stoop making this type of games land island land and you can only place so many buildings and if its multi i don't understand why they don't add military units and buildings them island maps is low budget waist of time and pointless i would love to keep on playing and playing a video game with city build.

While you are making a multilayer function please also make it possible to still control your own region in a single player function, and allow us to seamlessly move between cities as we work on our regions. No build save exit open build save exit open

Oh man, I loved SC4, I hope they scrap the entire concept of SCS, because that was a epic fail on their part. I hope this will live up to the SC name and outdo those other City simulators that are out there.

Regions should have specific weather patterns to them that affect the city, and they should be completely random. I believe this would add an entirely new element to the game. I mean think, you can build on the coast but you'd have to contend with hurricanes every now and then, and you can have ways to prepare your city for such a thing, or if you live by a river, its a possibility of a flood. You can accomodate for that too. I think adding weather that would actually affect your city as well as keeping user controlled disasters would take this to the next level.

Random weather affects specific to your geographic location.

Id like to be able to see elevation lines on a topographical map. Id like to be able to drop a spring of specified flow rate at any point on the map and watch as is forms a stream and causes erosion. How about being able to choose the climate... snow rain... annual rainfall and watch as streams and creeks form. You might define the elevation of the watter table and limit subways and building hights accordingly.

I really hope this is an upgraded SC4. I want big maps, crime, and all the micro management goodies. And of course growableness not a 5 yr old kid friendly plopper. No offense to 5 yr olds.

I hope they don't make it required multiplayer... I won't want it.

I hope its not like SCS or CityXL or City Life, they all SUCKED! Although I did like the easy upgradable roads in City Life - but the whole thing about the blues and the reds and makeing them get along... I just wanted to build! Making sims happy is fun, but only if that is not the main part of the city building game.

Does EA plan to make the new SimCity available for play on Mac OS? With Mac being so popular, it seems as though making the new game available in both a Windows and Mac format makes perfect sense...especially for those like me who really don't like using a PC.

Forcing the creator to plop down each individual building is bad. Allowing us to zone to let the city grow is better but to allow us to do both Is even more awesome!

It would be really cool if they included drivable cars, ships, and planes like what was in the previous simcity 4. You could use it for trade or do different missions, such as flying passengers to other regions or delivering cargo to and from regions using ships and trains, which could give your city a-lot of money and rewards!!!

But in SimCity 4 you could rename buildings anyway... you could change the Large Medical Centre to St Devin the Violent Hospital for example. Surely this is kinda backwards?

I have a memory foam mattress and love it. I don't think its very hot, but then again my house is really cold even in the hot summers. The first night I didn't really like it but now I really, really love it. I have had it for about a year. One thing you might not know is that when they are advertised, it may say something like temperature controlled. Ect. That just means that the spot you have been laying in gets really soft and comfy.
